Vulcan was the son Jupiter and Juno. He was the god of technology, blacksmiths, craftsmen, artisans, sculptors, metals, metallurgy, fire and volcanoes.
In Glory of Rome, if chosen, he increases your troop strength when offerings are sacrificed to him.
